Cream of Zucchini

                                           Cream of Zucchini

       Ingredients:                                        

□2 cups of heavy cream
□3 zucchinis, cut in the preferred way
□grapeseed oil (optional)

Directions:

○Pour grapeseed oil on a medium sized skillet(if using gs* oil)
○Put the zucchini slices on the skillet
○Pour 1 cup of cream into the skillet
○Stir well
○Let stand until the cream evaporates,
○Add 1\2 of the remaining cream to the skillet
○Add the rest of the cream to a large bowl
○Dump contents of skillet into the large bowl
○Stir well and serve
○Enjoy!
